We start all support calls by trying to remotely troubleshoot and resolve the issue but, when a more hands-on approach is required, we schedule one of our technicians for a site visit.

Extended Hours Onsite and Remote Support: Extended support guarantees we will acknowledge a call within 1 hour and begin working within 2 hours of that acknowledgement for IT issues from 7:00AM – 11:00PM, 7 days a week. We can also build custom support schedules to accommodate special projects and holidays.
24/7/365 Support: 24/7/365 Support offers the same response guarantees as Extended Hours Onsite and Remote Support and ensures you’ll always have a support resource on call.
